• Sponsoring specific programs, activities, and events

• Providing venues for public display of NHCDAC programs & services

Accountability You Can Rely On

You can be sure your financial contribution to NHCDAC is used wisely. The New Hamsphire Cultural Diversity Awareness Council is registered as a charitable trust with the state of New Hampshire, Department of the Attorney General, Division of Charitable Trusts.  Additionally, we are classified as a publicly supported organization and are exempt from federal income taxes of the Internal Revenue Code under Section 501(c) (3). The financial operations of NHCDAC are reviewed and appropriately adjusted on a regular basis.  An annual audit is performed by the firm of Hession and Pare, P.C.
