The New Hampshire Cultural Diversity Awareness
Council will host the Sixth Annual Diversity Conference & Expo
for Business and Education on
Wednesday, October 8, 2008, 10:00 a.m., at the Radisson Hotel - Center of New Hampshire; 700 Elm St., Manchester, New Hampshire. This year's conference theme is, "Diversity Strengthens a Company and Creates Opportunities".
The annual NHCDAC diversity conference for business and education is designed to help New Hampshire businesses, government agencies, and institutions embrace diversity and its benefits. The focus of the discussion will be on understanding and promoting cultural sensitivity and corporate social responsibility. The conference topics will offer attendees and panelists an open and honest dialogue on subject matters such as:
- The implementation of best practices:
- The value of having diversity reflected in a company’s business policies:
- Corporate social responsibility as the right thing to do, and connected to the bottom line:
- The contribution of diversity to New Hampshire’s quality of life.
